Lightning Storm (旋脚双雷撃, せんきゃくそうらいげき, Senkyakusourai Geki, lit. "Revolving Leg Dual Lightning Attack") is a Hyper Art attack used by Gala, learned through the Thunder Book II.
Overview[]
Gala is unable to use this attack until he learns it from the Thunder Book II, which is dropped by Songi after he is defeated at the summit of Mt. Letona. The power to perform this art comes from Gala's Ra-Seru, Ozma, and cannot be done without him.
In performing this attack, Gala does a roundhouse kick with his right leg that connects with the enemy at the same time Gala connects Ozma with a roundhouse punch, causing a surge of electricity to course through the enemy. He proceeds to punch the enemy with his right and left hands, causing even more electricity to rush through the enemy.
Trivia[]
- Before delivering the attack, Gala yells "Hissatsu", which literally means "sure kill". The word "Hissatsu" is often used in animes and tokusatsus when the character uses a special technique that is meant to be a one-hit kill.
